REFUND POLICY

The organisers of Redhub Events pledge to produce a fair, exciting and safe event, insofar as activities and environmental conditions are under the direct control of the race organiser. 
 
The organisers appoint industry-leading sub-contractors to take responsibility for key activities such as lifesaving services, event timing, medical support etc.
 
Entry fees paid are utilised to host the event and pay for services and facilities and to develop the event.
 
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
 
Any changes to existing entries will be subject to an administration fee of R 150 per transaction.
