12 September Race Report

After a chilly start, the water temperature was around 20 degrees when the racing commenced at 8:am. The day became a beautiful sunny day! We can look forward to the 10 October and 14 November event dates when the reserve at Cradle Moon Lakeside game lodge should be green and water temperatures will rise to the 20+ degree range.

425 Entrants on the day. A solid turnout given the current early season and Covid environment.

The events and day went without hiccups. Covid is still placing some restrictions on Participants and families, but facilities and social distancing was managed in a way that resulted in a fun day for all.

The Event is about attracting new participants to the multi-sport environment. Caters for a wide range of participants with 13 options to enter on the day and is hosted at the premier venue in Gauteng.

Entries for the final two events on 10 October and 14 November are open.
