Only two gates are used into and out of the Transition.
The schematic below is orientated as you stand behind the transition area facing the water.
Registration to the left of the transition area.
All events run in, swim in and bike in use the transition gate closest to the water.
All events out use the top gate.  (furthest from the water).
Road Bike out follow the paved road out of the venue , same route as you travel in in the morning.
Mountainbike out and all run out , exit out the top gate but immediately turn right and right again along the outside of the transition area and follow the markers.
